I can't send and receive picture messages on my OPPO A72 Android 10.0

To send and receive MMS, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press Mobile Data to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
