I can't send and receive picture messages on my Samsung Galaxy A20e Android 9.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.
