I can't send and receive picture messages on my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Android 9.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.
