I can't make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Android 11.0

Cause 10 of 10: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Network operators"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Network operators"

Press Connections.

Step 4 of 10

Press Mobile networks.

Find "Network operators"

Press Network operators.

Select network manually

Press the required SIM.

Step 7 of 10

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Network operators"

Press Network operators.

2 Select network manually

Press the required SIM.
Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
