I can't send and receive picture messages on my Sony Xperia 10 IV Android 12.0

Cause 4 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Network and Internet"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Network and Internet"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Network and Internet"

Press Network and Internet.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the name of the SIM.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on the function, press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press the name of the SIM.
